
what is HBOT?
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, often shortened to HBOT, is a medical treatment where you breathe in pure oxygen while resting inside a specially designed hyperbaric chamber. The chamber is pressurized to a level higher than normal air pressure, which allows your lungs to take in more oxygen than would be possible at typical atmospheric pressure.
How the Chamber Increases Oxygen in Your Body
